⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PURCHASING By completing a payment through any BZTEK invoice, payment link, or website checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT. Bintang Zaqti Teknologi.

1. Scope of Business

These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial sales, transactions, and contractual arrangements between PT. Bintang Zaqti Teknologi ("BZTEK", "we", "us") and its customers ("you", "Buyer").

BZTEK sells physical telecommunications and fiber optic products, including but not limited to fiber optic cables and related equipment, to business and individual customers across Indonesia and internationally.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Commercial Transactions

Unless expressly agreed in writing, all transactions with BZTEK are classified as Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial sales. Consumer protection regulations applicable solely to retail consumers under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UUPK No. 8/1999) may not apply to B2B transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in a business or commercial capacity.

This includes purchases of goods in commercial quantities, purchases made under an invoice or purchase order, and purchases made through a payment link issued by BZTEK for business purposes.

3. Customer Eligibility & Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding commercial contract

• You are duly authorized to use the payment method provided

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

• You are purchasing in an authorized business or commercial capacity

• You have read and accepted the Refund Policy available at www.bztek.id/refunds-policy

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website, invoices, or payment links are subject to acceptance by BZTEK. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and verify customer identity or payment information before acceptance.

An order is considered accepted and a binding contract formed only after payment authorization is confirmed and a formal invoice is issued by BZTEK.

5. Pricing and Currency

• All prices are stated in the currency specified on the invoice or at checkout

• Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise

• BZTEK reserves the right to update prices at any time prior to order confirmation

• Once an invoice is issued and payment is received, the price is fixed for that transaction

6. Payment and Authorization

Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer or Credit Card through the DOKU Payment Link specified on the invoice.

By submitting payment, you:

• Authorize BZTEK to charge the full order amount to your payment method

• Confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit authorization from the cardholder

• Confirm the transaction is intentional, authorized, and not fraudulent

• Acknowledge that all sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy at www.bztek.id/refunds-policy

Payment Finality: All payments received by BZTEK are considered final and binding. Refunds are only granted under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Initiating a bank or credit card dispute (chargeback) without first following the dispute resolution process in Section 11 constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. International Payments

BZTEK accepts international credit cards subject to risk assessment and verification. Additional documentation may be required to validate the transaction. Transactions deemed high-risk may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded at BZTEK's discretion. All international transactions are governed by Indonesian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Products are shipped to the address specified on the invoice or order

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing

• Risk of loss and title to goods passes to the Buyer upon handover to the courier or third-party logistics provider

• BZTEK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events

9. Delivery Confirmation and Acceptance

Upon delivery, the Buyer or their authorized representative is required to inspect the goods and sign the Delivery Order (DO).

The Buyer's signature on the Delivery Order constitutes formal confirmation that:

• (a) the goods were delivered to the correct address

• (b) the goods were received in the agreed quantity

• (c) the goods were in apparent good condition at the time of delivery, subject to the Inspection Period in Section 10

A signed Delivery Order will be submitted as evidence of delivery and receipt in any dispute or chargeback proceeding.

10. Inspection Period

The Buyer has 24 hours from the delivery date confirmed on the signed Delivery Order to inspect all goods and report any damage, discrepancy, defect, or missing items.

To report an issue, the Buyer must:

• Send a written notice to admin@bztek.id with the subject: "Delivery Issue — [Invoice Number]"

• Include photographic or video evidence of the issue

• Include the Invoice Number and Delivery Order reference

Claims submitted after the 24-hour inspection period will not be accepted, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution — Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact

⚠️ REQUIRED: Contact BZTEK Before Filing Any Dispute or Chargeback Before initiating any dispute, claim, or chargeback with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, the Buyer MUST first contact BZTEK directly at admin@bztek.id and allow a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days for resolution. Failure to follow this process constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Buyer submits a written dispute to admin@bztek.id, including the invoice number, order details, and a clear description of the issue.

2. BZTEK acknowledges receipt within 3 business days.

3. BZTEK reviews the dispute and provides a written resolution within 14 business days.

4. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the resolution, the parties may escalate to mediation or arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.

If a chargeback is filed without following this process, BZTEK reserves the right to submit all available documentation — including signed invoices, delivery orders, and communication records — to defend the transaction.

12. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes

Filing a chargeback is a serious action with legal and financial consequences. By completing payment, you agree that:

• A chargeback will only be filed as a last resort, after exhausting the dispute resolution process in Section 11

• Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered, and agreed-upon transaction constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation

• If a chargeback is filed and found invalid or reversed, the Buyer shall be liable for: (a) the full transaction amount; (b) any chargeback fees or penalties imposed on BZTEK; and (c) any reasonable costs incurred by BZTEK in defending the dispute

• BZTEK reserves the right to pursue recovery of these costs through applicable legal channels

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law:

• BZTEK's total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice amount paid for the specific goods in question

• BZTEK is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

• BZTEK is not liable for losses arising from third-party logistics delays, customs issues, or force majeure events

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, Indonesia, unless the parties mutually agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Jakarta under the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI).

15. Amendments

BZTEK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at www.bztek.id/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our website or completion of a purchase after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
